Idiom on "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum

Yesterday I watched the Grammy Awards on TV and the song "Need You Now" by Lady Lady Antebellum won the Record of the Year. Congratulations! It's an awesome song, one of the greatest I've ever heard all these years (besides Justin Bieber's! lol). I've replayed this song over and over since yesterday. I'd heard this song before but it never "crossed my mind" till yesterday. I hear one idiom in the song and I think it may be useful to English language learners.
